About the Project
In short, DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED is a fan-made animated alternative universe show (AU), or spinoff, of MURDER DRONES by Liam Vickers and Glitch Productions.
MURDER DRONES as a story takes place in the year 3071, on the icy exoplanet Copper-9. The planet was being used for experimentation and mining for minerals, with humans running the experiments and Worker Drones doing the manual labor. The core collapse of the planet has wiped biological life from the planet, leaving Worker Drones alone to become sentient and start their own civilizations, or colonies.
In a spaceship comes 3 Disassembly Drones (aka Murder Drones), with a relay from the parent company of all of the drones, JcJenson, ordering them to eliminate all Worker Drones on the planet. A Murder Drone, N, is killed by a Worker Drone, Uzi's, railgun, introducing the supernatural abilities of the Murder Drones as N regrows his head and reboots on the spot. His still-damaged visual sensors lead the two to becoming friends, kicking off an adventure to uncover the past, as well as the plans, abilities, and how to cure drones of the malicious program, AbsoluteSolver.exe.
Here's where you come in:
ROLE
VOICE ACTOR
Multiple VAs Needed - As a voice actor, you will be required to voice record yourself reading from a script, potentionally imitating the voice of an already existing character from MURDER DRONES, and sending in clear clips by a specified deadline.
ROLE
ANIMATOR
Multiple Animators Needed - As an animator, you will be working in a small team using various softwares to set the scene of the show, editing models of all kinds and dictating their movements, smoothly and effectively bringing the show to life.
ROLE
Multiple Editors Needed - As an editor, you will be working in a small team using various softwares to bring it all together, the audio and the animation, as well as adding in extra little flairs for emphasis, comedic relief, etc., when needed.
